What can I expect during my first visit with the Pedorthist?
During the initial assessment appointment a static and dynamic evaluation is completed. This includes a gait analysis and biomechanical evaluation. Also during this appointment, the pedorthist will discuss with you areas of concern and the type of treatment (appliance) that is recommended for you. There is no charge for this assessment appointment, only for the appliance provided. This cost also includes a fitting appointment and a follow-up appointment if needed.
